Weather: Brisk NW wind throughout duration 15-23mph with gusts to 30. Temps ranged from 41'-48'F. Overcast to start improving to mostly sunny with excellent visibility.
Raptor Observations: With the NW wind in place, Raptor migrants were on the move early as we had our biggest total(38);including 2 Rough Legs; in the first hour. We had our first Osprey(3) of the spring. Very exciting day of observing as we had 9 total Raptor species migrate. Cooper's Hawks and Sharpies took up the slack mid-day.
