Hi all, I just found a Green Heron in my yard with a broken wing. I called Penn Valley rescue and was given the number for Gold Country. When I called them, I got an answering service and they gave me a number specifically for wild birds but it is in San Francisco, much too far away for me. The only other number I could get was for Sac. Wildlife Care but that number was no good. The bird is otherwise healthy and I would really like to hook it up with the help it needs. I am hoping someone here can help me.
