Weather: Heavy clouds to west with lighter clouds good visibility over valley towards east. No precipitation initially with west winds. Drizzle started 10:15 bird time with rain showing in south.
Raptor Observations: Adult bald eagle rose up in north end of valley then flew SW. Cooper hawk in valley non migratory. TV`s floated around valley briefly.
Non-raptor Observations: Juncos, bluebirds, tree swifts, crows, ravens, fox sparrow, flickers, nuthatches, cardinals, robins.
