Raptor Observations: Single TVs coming through on arrival at site #1a, then one group of 7, then I closed the watch at 10:30 due to persistent lake-effect rain showing on radar from our location westward to Erie.

Predictions: Rain in the morning with southerly winds. Diminishing rain by midday.
