Weather: Cloudy with strong wind out of the WSW, occasional shower, seasonably warm.
Raptor Observations: Nearly all vultures flying low in small groups, scattered from the lakeshore inland a quarter mile or so, since the south wind was battling the west wind near the lakeshore. One local American Kestrel.
