My local handyman Chris was here this afternoon to put up Black Bear "prove" poles (6) for my bluebird nesting boxes. The poles are heavy metal and are close to 7 feet tall with baffles. While Chris was working here a Tree Swallow landed on top of one new nesting boxes on the black bear "prove" pole.
