Subject: FOY Brown Thrasher
Just had our 1st Brown Thrasher, singing from the tree tops - such a pleasant song!

I’ve been routinely hearing a Red-shouldered Hawk calling, which nest behind our property. Yesterday, it sounded like it was up close by the house. When I went to investigate, turns out it was a Blue Jay imitating a red-shouldered hawk - pretty good imitation! I understand this is pretty common.
