Weather: Cloudy with rain at close of hawk watching, seasonably warm.
Raptor Observations: I arrived late because of commitments, so I may have missed some birds, but I did catch a decent flight of TVs just ahead of the rain. One local Red-tailed Hawk that I watched capture a European Starling.
