I have a pair of bluebirds that have been checking out the new nest box. Visits to the interior by both. Then the two were on the top doing wing raises and wing flapping.
After that they had nesting material in their beaks but just sat on a branch. They finally left.
I guess choosing a home is fraught with indecision!
