Thank you for sharing this, Walter. I think you're referring to bill H.326
that seeks to prohibit the use of rodenticides, a known threat to birds of
prey as well as bobcats, fisher and other mammals. As the premier Vermont
nonprofit working on behalf of birds, I hope that Audubon Vermont will put
their full weight behind this bill. I have heard that they're non-committal
at this point, but perhaps others know more.

about a Great Horned Owlet who suffered from rodenticide poisoning and was
brought to a Vermont wildlife rehabber for care. The owl recovered after
months of care and was successfully released back to the wild.
