Weather: Clear and chilly start with temps between 34'-45'F and generally a NW wind 6-16mph. Increasing clouds mid day with good visibility with distant haze.
Raptor Observations: Immature Bald Eagle rose with TV's coming of their roosts and migrated in first hour. Migrants were tough to come by, but we finished with a flurry of a few Kestrels, Sharpies, and a Merlin. Immature Cooper's Hawk put on a spectacular display by repeated dive bombing a large flock of Starlings from height! Local Raptors:TV-64,BE-4,SS-1,CH-3,RT-6
