At the South Shore overlook this afternoon, there was a raft of over 400 Red-breasted Mergansers, beautiful in the afternoon sun. At the Waterfowl Observation Platform, 8 Wood Ducks, 14 Ring-necked Ducks, 6 Hooded Mergansers, and an Osprey was perched on the cell tower. Karyn Delaney
