I didn’t have the time to hit Clinton or Warren. So stayed local. I like Lake
Barber - Hamilton county. Waterfowl variety is dwindling though. One Greater
Scaup. Lesser Scaup. Pied billed grebes. BW teal back. Ruddy ducks, etc.
More and more singing whenever I am out. Brown Thrashers. Chickadees,
Phoebes, etc.
In the afternoon I hit Valley View - Clermont county. Love that spot! WC sparrows
There. I still need for Warren and Clinton. Here’s hoping I can track them down
Up there! Calling Barred Owl. They have been vocal lately. And another bobwhite!
I guess this is the time for Bobwhite moving around? I don’t know!
I am hoping the weather cooperates and I get a full day in up north. Warren and
Clinton. We will see!
No odes yet.
Good birding all.
