The Yellow-rumped Warblers are singing a lot and are look pretty flashy at this point. There was a second White-throated Sparrow on the far side of the meadow that looked decidedly brighter than the one seen near the feeders. I suspect it is a different individual. At least two Warbling Vireos are singing along the creek trail, Wilson’s Warbler and Western Flycatcher are near the Alpaca enclosure along the paved trail. Hooded Oriole should be here by now... There’s been plenty of nesting activity but no sign of the Black-chinned Hummingbirds yet, but I have hope.
