While waterfowling in the Pymatuning area yesterday evening, at least 7 Short-eared Owls were still present, hunting at Miller Ponds. And we had two Rough-legged Hawks, a light morph and a dark morph at Miller Ponds as well. While we still had a very nice selection of waterfowl - 20 species- the highlights were these funny owls and two different morphs of Rough-legs at the same place.
