Weather: The first two hours was full cloud coverage. Weather was chilly, averaging in the mid 30's, and a few occasional snow flurries. Very gusty WSW winds. At hour three the sky started to open and flight picked up considerably.
Raptor Observations: Migrating birds were fairly low and mostly inland. A sub adult bald eagle was the highlight of the day.
Non-raptor Observations: The morning was very slow the first hour spent in the front, second hour in section H and the last three hours spent at the baseball park parking lot. One male Common Merganser on the pond.
