Weather: Overcast with temps in the high 30s. Scattered snow showers in the morning, then started to snow heavily at 1:30. Winds out of the west 15-20mph.
Raptor Observations: As predicted, today was a very quiet day at the hawkwatch. Only a handful of Turkey Vultures were on the move, slowly heading southeast. 1 Bald Eagle and 1 Northern Harrier were the only other migrants today.
Non-raptor Observations: The first Bonaparte's Gull of the season flew over the bay today. A second Pied-billed Grebe joined the continuing one from yesterday.
Predictions: Mainly cloudy with snow showers in the morning. Temps in the mid 30s. Winds out of the WNW at 15-25mph with higher gusts. I'm expecting tomorrow to be similar to today with very little movement. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Maili Waters (<mailirwaters...>) Braddock Bay information may be found at: http://www.bbrr.org/
