Weather: Partly to mostly cloudy, with strong SW wind later becoming westerly, Cold with a high of 45 F.
Raptor Observations: There was a brief push of TVs with heaviest movement between 0900 and 0930 EST. Some came through very low, while other groups came through rather high. The flight abruptly ended, or they all shifted far south of the watch by 0955 EST. Single Bald Eagles among some of the groups. No other raptors seen except for a local Merlin.
Non-raptor Observations: Canada Goose 2, Mourning Dove 6, Ring-billed Gull at least 75, Common Loon 1, American Crow, European Starling, American Robin, Red-winged Blackbird, Brown-headed Cowbird 10, Common Grackle
