Weather: Hazy sun and cold with the temp. at freezing, light breeze.
Raptor Observations: Not usually a lake movement with ENE wind, but at least for a while today, it was an exception. I may have missed a few TVs since they were on the move as I arrived, but after a heavy movement for the first 20 minutes, it quickly slowed down to just singles or three or four at most at intervals.
Non-raptor Observations: Mourning Dove 5, Ring-billed Gull 4, American Crow, European Starling, American Robin, House Sparrow 1, Red-winged Blackbird, Common Grackle
Predictions: Partly cloudy in the AM with light wind. Strong WSW later in the day. Maybe some movement if the wind stays off the lake.
