Weather: It was a cold morning (-3.8 degrees Celsius) with little wind (between 1.6kph and 4.8kph) going SSW, SSE, and S. Cloud coverage shifted between cloudy and mostly sunny. No precipitation.
Raptor Observations: Turkey Vultures flew relatively low and in decent numbers. The largest kettles were between 20-30. Other raptors were sparse, but there was one Rough-legged Hawk. We witnessed a local Merlin hunting.
