Observers: Weather: Clear and cold with stinging NW wind 13mph and gusts to 21. Temperature was 27'F. Visibility was fair with distant haze.
Raptor Observations: In the hour that I was there I recorded no migrating Raptors. 2 local Black Vultures were present on the Starrett chimney. 12 local Turkey Vultures rose up from their roosts, gained some altitude, and immediately dispersed.
Non-raptor Observations: C.Goose-10, C.Crow-1, Mourning Dove-2, Downey Woodpecker-1, C.Crow-1, Blue Jay-5, A.Robin-2, Starling- 30+/-, House Sparrow -15+/-, Song Sparrow-15+/-,White Throated Sparrow-4, Dark Eyed Junco-4, N. Cardinal-4
Predictions: A low pressure system will be in play for tomorrow with Snow likely changing to all rain during the day. 1-2 inches of Snow possible.
