The 3rd Edition of "The Birding Sites of Stanislaus and Merced Counties" booklet is now available to the public. Updates from the 2nd Edition of 2016 consist of the deletion of two sites, the addition of three new sites, and an updated Bird Occurrence Bar Chart of the county's 331 bird species. This 165-page spiral-bound booklet also includes many new color photographs of local birds. The suggested donation is $20. The booklets will be available at the Pollinator Festival and Modesto Rec Fest, as well as from field trip leaders and most board members.
