Seems that many shallow bodies of water in the NE winter killed this year. Leading to a lot of Bald Eagles and Gulls in the area (mainly Ring-billed and Herring). I spotted a LBBG on Pelican Lake (Codington Co) Friday morning (No signs of it on Saturday) and another on Opdahl GPA (Hamlin Co). Unfortunately they seem to like to sit in the middle of the body of water! No great pictures.
