Raptor Observations: Bald Eagles presided on this watch as we had both locals and migrants in play. It was a consistent steady slow pick of a variety of migrants. Migrating TV's seem to prefer the mid-day and afternoon. Red Shoulder's continue to trickle thru. Accipiter's(Aster) are starting to move. Non-raptor Observations: C.Goose-98, C.Merganser-11, Ring Billed Gull-3, Rock Dove-3, Mourning Dove-4, Downey Woodpecker-1, Blue Jay-12+/-, Raven-2, C.Crow-7, Tree Swallow-2, Black Capped Chickadee-1, White Breasted Nuthatch-1, A. Predictions: Tomorrow's forecast will be different as a cold front will sweep thru tonight and deliver NW winds 9-13 with gusts as high as 25. This will likely produce more migrants to our site if the observers can meet the challenge. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Mark Morris (<MDMRemodeling...>) Adams Farm - Athol MA information may be found at: https://massbird.org/emhw/
