Thanks to the birding and photography community for so many suggestions! Here’s some info in case someone else is looking for a similar battery:
Green Mountain Camera no longer carries this type.
The man at Interstate Battery had never heard of it.
We weren’t successful with LeZot’s website, but we’ll call them.
PhotoTec can get the battery we want but it’s not something they stock any longer.
