Weather:
Mostly cloudy; 49-68 degrees; good visibility; winds from the ESE 6-12
mph

Raptor Observations:
Most of the flight came in the afternoon (clock time) hours when the
cloud cover dissipated somewhat. Then, the raptors did not tarry and
they required immediate sighting and identifying or they would be
gone.

Non-raptor Observations:
An American Coot and a Pied-billed Grebe have kept us company for
several days.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay
at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
