Weather: Very overcast and windy conditions for the watch today. On and off spitting rain. Wind primarily coming from the SW earlier in the watch, shifting more westerly toward 2:00 PM.
Raptor Observations: Light migration for everything but TV. TV's were mostly intermittent with a few larger flights as follows: 81 @ 9:46 am, 268 @ 11:37 am.
