The CT Bird Stamp is available for purchase at DEEP's online store which makes it very easy to take advantage of a great program to help birds and other wildlife. The Federal Duck Stamp follows the US FIscal year but the CT Migratory Bird Stamp follows the calendar year. It is also a nice gift idea. Here's a link:
