Weather: Clear skies with warm temps between 34'-62'F. Wind was very light from SE to 6 MPH and visibility was good with some haze. Heat Shimmer was a problem.
Raptor Observations: The raptors were late to get up today probably due to the calm conditions. When they did get up, both the locals and migrants took their time at a leisurely pace. We caught some TV's migrating and had our first migrating A. Kestrel and Northern Harrier. 1 Black Vulture came up with some TV's at the Farm School. Local Raptors: BV-1, TV-40, BE-2, CH-2, RS-1, RT-8
