There are a fewthings out there. There is a GroupMe chat that is just for
NE rare birds, isn't used all that often but it's a good resource. There's
also a Discord server where we have a dedicated channel for rare birds
(among other things). I don't know about Whatsapp, but someone may have one
going. Facebook has also been an okay way to get the word out.

The problem with any new technology though, is getting people to adopt it.
This email group still seems like the best way to reach the largest
audience the fastest.
