Weather:
Cloudy with a mix of darker and lighter clouds being pushed across
the skies by the winds in advance of the storm; 57-63 degrees;
fair visibility with fog; winds southeasterly, 8-14 mph gusting to
22 mph

Raptor Observations:
Raptors were all over the sky apparently affected by the
turbulence. The accipiters and buteos would suddenly appear and
then quickly exit. Our best day of the season thus far and
producing the first Northern Harrier. An adult Peregrine Falcon
perched on a dead tree across the pond and feasted on a prey item.

Non-raptor Observations:
Thirty Cedar Waxwings. Heard first Southern Leopard Frogs
yesterday.
