Finding a Blue-capped Ilfrita (Ifrita kowaldi) on the trail at Marsh Wren would have been ALMOST as big of a thrill as viewing that humongous Glaucous Gull was!
Paul, are you planning on returning, or are any birders planning on going back and forth between Lincoln and Omaha that could collect Paul's lens cap for him? If not, let us know, so we could fetch it and put it in the mail if need be.
