Weather: Overcast again with no let-up all day; 43-45 degrees; fair visibility with some fog; winds light, mostly from the ENE, 7-9 mph
Raptor Observations: Just two Ospreys and a Bald Eagle were lured to migrate under the weather conditions. The local adult Cooper's Hawk harassed foraging Song Sparrows twice today. We think they escaped being breakfast.
Site Description Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
