Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Hot Spots for the week of Saturday March 15 - Friday March 21
Greetings

Finishing up a slightly different week, the weather made getting to some of the locations difficult. 16 of the listed 24 Hot Spots listed for this past week were visited and checklists submitted. Not surprisingly all of the mountain Hot Spots were missed this week but all but 1 of the low land Hot Spots were visited.

Here’s the list for the upcoming week starting tomorrow Saturday March 15 - Friday March 21.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
