During a break in the storm early this afternoon 3/13/25, Charity Hagen and I scoped Lake Elsinore from the west side of the lake (off Grand Ave side). We found 110 Surf Scoters and at least 11 Brant. We will post photos in eBird. Later, we also attempted to view them from Elm Grove and Whisker's Beachs on the east side off Lakeshore, but it was so windy and rain started we could not refind them.
