Weather:
Cloudy becoming partly cloudy; 52-60 degrees; good visibility;
winds northeasterly, 7-10 mph

Raptor Observations:
Very slow in the morning but picked up in the last three hours.
Adult Peregrine Falcon made a close fly by. An Osprey has
apparently returned to one of the platforms.

Non-raptor Observations:
Over 350 Canada Geese headed north. Two deer came up the beach,
tried to retreat down the path, then jumped the fence and swam
across the pond.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake
Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are
from the southwest.
