Weather:
Partly cloudy turning to completely overcast. Temps in the low 30s, winds
out of the east at 10-20mph.

Raptor Observations:
One Turkey Vulture and three Bald Eagles were the only birds willing to
fight the east winds and try to move.

Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of American Wigeon and Common Goldeneye in the bay. Not much flying
over except for a few flocks of Canada Geese.

Predictions:
Partly cloudy, high of 48F. Winds NNW at 5-10mph. Not ideal winds for
movement.
