At Peckham Rd I saw this LEGO that maybe was collecting nest building material...or is this food? The reason I thought maybe food was because it was only going about 10 or 15 feet and getting this fluffy stuff and returning to a spot behind a post. Then it would go back and get more. This seems like feeding behavior, right? But it could be soft padding for a nest, maybe? Here is the picture:
