Weather: Clear with a steady SSW wind early then cooling and becoming westerly.
Raptor Observations: Singles passed low over the watch early then rapidly gaining altitude and eventually shifting to the south away from the lake after the wind shift to the west. Some groups were kettling. Few hawks and most were stratospheric.
Non-raptor Observations: Canada Goose-32, Mallard-12, Red-bellied Woodpecker-1, Rock Pigeon-8, Mourning Dove-3, Double-crested Cormorant-26, Bald Eagle-1 (local), Red-tailed Hawk-1 (local), Tree Swallow-2, Killdeer-5, American Robin, Red-winged Blackbird, European Starling, Common Grackle.
