Weather: Clear and cold, with light WSW wind early then quickly becoming westerly.
Raptor Observations: Pretty quiet with just a burst of TV activity south of the watch between 0930 and 0945 when the wind took a more westerly direction, then only five birds after that moving well inland away from the lake. Two local Redtails seen.
Non-raptor Observations: Canada Goose-15, American Crow-20, American Robin-2, Rock Pigeon-6, local Cooper's/Sharp-shinned Hawk, numerous European Starlings, Red-winged Blackbirds, and Common Grackles.
