Subject: [ia-bird] Greater White-fronted goose migration in process
Between 8:30 and now this morning large flocks of greater white-fronted
geese have been flying north over West Des Moines looking west from the
airport, and the last one was over the air[port. The flocks were about 100
to 200 birds strong not-too-high and there have been 7 or 8 flocks so far.
Don Brown, west side of Browns Woods in southeast West Des Moines
