Subject: [ia-bird] FOY Killdeer Harrison county
Seen and heard in one of the sloughs along the Mizzou.
Also present were the usual suspects: Common Mergansers, Mallards,
Pintails, geese of the Canada, Cackling, Greater White-fronted persuasion,
but no Snow geese.
Couple or three Bald Eagles, but not the big crowds of the Spring migration.
Most of the water is open now (not iced over) but the ditches are mostly
ice and snow covered.
