Weather: Very cold with temps in the mid teens and WNW winds 10-15mph. Some scattered snow showers.
Raptor Observations: Only raptors were one local Red Tail and two local Bald Eagles.
Non-raptor Observations: More geese and swans in the bay today than yesterday.
