March has arrived! Resident and regional avian residents are beginning their spring vocalizations and behaviors; longer-distance migrants will be arriving soon.
As always, the Brookline Bird Club offers free and always welcoming outings to locations near and farther away. Club members will received their valued Blue Book shortly, listing outings and featuring birdy articles and information. Remember: our trips are free and welcoming to all interested in birds and birding. Are you newer to birding and want to check us out? Or, prefer a more level surface? Bring along friends and or family? Don't have binoculars ? We offer Birding 101, limited mobility, family, youth, urban, suburban, rural, state, national and local park outings, as well as trips cosponsored with other clubs. Our meetings, webinars and workshops are listed in the Blue Book, on our Facebook, instagram and website. Check to see which are free to all, and which are members offerings.
