Yesterday (Sunday) there were 2 adult bald eagles soaring over the
eastern end of Megansett Harbor
near where it turns into Squeteague Hbr. They stayed together the whole
time we watched them.
Could they be a breeding pair? Or just friends?
The harbor was otherwise devoid of birds, not even a bufflehead.
Cedar Lake in North Falmouth had Ring-necked ducks and buffleheads on
our first pass, but they were all
gone on the return trip.
