Subject: [SanDiegoRegionBirding] Two male Eurasian Wigeons at Robb Field today
Hi,

Terry Hurst and I were at Robb Field today and I found two male Eurasian
Wigeons on the mud flat across from the skate park. Saw them at the same
time (scope views, and very distant bad photos). They weren't together.
One was foraging in puddles in the middle of the mud flat area amongst
many Americans, the other was snoozing out on the spit on the very edge
of the water.

The monthly meetings of San Diego Field Ornithologists (SDFO) are currently virtual, open only to members, at 6pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

Two notable on-line resources are available for San Diego birders: the San Diego County Bird Atlas by Phil Unitt (2004) - http://sdplantatlas.org/BirdAtlas/BirdPages.aspx ; and an update of notable records for San Diego County (2002–present), compiled by Paul Lehman - https://bvaudubon.org/birding-resources/ .
