Weather: Mostly clear and cold with SW wind early then becoming westerly
Raptor Observations: A bit of push of vultures the first hour then with the wind shift to the west only one vulture and a migrant red-tail the second hour. One local red-tail and an adult Bald Eagle.
Non-raptor Observations: Blue Jay-4, American Crow-36, Red-winged Blackbird-25, European Starling-10, Rock Pigeon-13, Herring/Ring-billed Gull-7, Canada Goose-2, Passerine-7
