- Comments: "Continuing rarity. A busy bird. When I walked up he was sitting in the chain link fence at the street sign corner of 6th and Palm Avenue. While I fumbled for my cell phone camera, he crossed Palm Avenue to one of the yards for several minutes and, before I crossed, he was back in the chain link fence again. I next spotted him feeding on the ground among the ivy at the red and black "FIRE" labeled water pipes close to the Walnut & 6th corner and spending some time in the tree directly above. Chipping much of the time while foraging. A tail-bobbing warbler with a rufous crown, a dark eyeline and bright yellow undertail coverts. I don't think there was any color on the breast and belly of the bird, just some light streaking on the upper breast and partly down the sides."
