Spotted this bald eagle in Lompoc at the Ocean Park estuary this past January 9th 2025. The road to Ocean Park was closed due to flooding of the road. I parked by the gate and walked in with my dogs. No humans whatsoever, I am truly grateful this must be why he was out there fishing. Got a few blurry pictures but it was definitely a baldy. I didn't have my binoculars on me but the bill was hooked. I still couldn't tell for sure but I am pretty positive. Are bald eagles in this area? I am new to this group and was looking for some expertise advice on the subject.
