These are stunningly beautiful pictures. The "Top 100" actually does have 100 images taken around the world. For photographers, there is camera/lens specs below every image with the story of the picture.
One of the photos was taken at Wood Lake in Richfield and one was taken in Roseville. When you get to the end of that 2nd gallery, you will see more links to the 2023 "best" photos. But how much avian pulchritude can you process in one sitting?
PS Photo No. 99 of the 100 is a Murre from the Latrabjarg cliffs in Iceland. If you have been there or been to Iceland, the text is reminiscent.
